Same-day and next-morning pickups are available at our South San Francisco warehouse, with a tech on hand to walk you through the package before you load out. For location shoots, conference ballrooms, and multi-day builds we deliver, stage the gear exactly where you need it, and collect it at wrap so your team never has to babysit a return.
Reserving is straightforward. Send your dates and shoot details and we come back with a kit list and a quote. For higher-value packages we ask for a certificate of insurance naming Argus HD as additional insured and a valid photo ID on file. You will know exactly what is required when the quote lands, not when you are standing on the loading dock.

Tell Us About the Shoot
Send the dates, the location, and what you are filming. Even a rough brief is enough for us to know whether you need two lights and a lav or a full multi-camera package.
Get a Kit List and Quote
We come back with a line-item kit list and a flat quote. Every body, lens, stand, and cable is named, so nothing turns up as a surprise charge after the shoot.
Lock In Your Dates
Approve the list and we reserve the gear against your shoot window, including prep and travel days. Availability is confirmed in writing, never held loosely on a promise.
Prep and Bench Test
Our techs build the package, power everything up, update firmware, format media, coordinate wireless frequencies, and pack it to a checklist that ships inside the case.
Delivery or Pickup
We deliver to your set or venue and stage it where you need it, or hand it over at the shop with a full walkthrough. Either way you get the kit list to check against before you sign.
Support and Return
Our line stays open for the length of your rental. At wrap we collect the gear from your location, or you drop it back at the shop, and we handle the inspection so you can get on with the edit.

Rates depend on the package, the number of days, and whether you need delivery or an operator. A two-light interview kit with a camera and wireless audio sits at the low end. A multi-camera streaming package with LED walls and a crew is a different order of magnitude. Send your dates and what you are shooting and we return a line-item quote with every item priced separately, no bundled mystery fees. Weekly and multi-day rates come in well below the straight daily rate.
Yes. Dry hire is available across our full inventory. You pick it up or we deliver, and your team runs it. If you would rather not, you can add a camera operator, audio engineer, or streaming technician to any order and keep the same equipment at the same equipment rate.
We deliver throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, the East Bay, and Marin from our shop in South San Francisco, and delivery includes staging the gear where you need it on site. Pickup at the warehouse is available same day when the package is in stock, and we can meet early call times for morning shoots.

You call the number on your kit list and reach a technician, not a queue. Most issues get solved on the phone in minutes. If a unit is genuinely down we swap it. We hold backup bodies, lights, and wireless on the shelf for exactly this reason, and we are close enough to most Bay Area shoots to get a replacement out fast.
All three. We do single-day rentals, weekend rates that treat Friday through Monday as one shorter billing block, and monthly or recurring reservations for series work and long-form productions. If you shoot on a regular cadence we will hold the same package on a standing block so your setup never changes between tapings.
