Can you stream to multiple platforms simultaneously?

Yes. We can simulcast simultaneously to YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Facebook, Vimeo, Zoom, and private streaming platforms. We configure all platform accounts, manage stream keys, and monitor every destination in real time.

Is live captioning available?

Yes. We work with live captioning services to provide both closed and open captions on your stream and at the live event venue. This is available as an add-on to any package.

How early should I book?

As early as possible. For simple streams, we can sometimes accommodate two weeks’ notice. For complex multi-camera events, hybrid setups, or events with custom graphics, 4–6 weeks of lead time allows us to plan properly and do your event justice.

Do you provide post-event recordings?

Yes , every stream is recorded by default. We deliver the full recording in high quality after the event. We also record individual camera feeds when needed. If you’d like a highlight reel, edited session cut-downs, or social media clips, our post-production team can handle that too.

Can you stream from any location in San Francisco?
