AI Event Video Production Built for How AI Audiences Watch

As a San Francisco video production company, we know the city hosts more AI conferences, developer summits and AI seminars than anywhere else, and the audience for them is mostly online. AI event video production has to capture dense talks, live code and demos clearly, stream them without drops and deliver replays fast, because developers watch the recording more than the room does.

Multi-camera keynote, panel and fireside chat capture

Breakout tracks and workshops recorded in parallel

Live streaming to YouTube, LinkedIn and your event platform

Clean screen capture for live demos, code and slides

Session recordings, highlight reels and social clips after the show

We plan the event around the replay: dedicated slide and screen feeds, clean audio from every mic, consistent framing across tracks and a delivery plan agreed before doors open, so every session is ready for your YouTube channel, newsletter and social feeds.

FAQ

AI Conference Video Production FAQs

Answers to the questions San Francisco marketing and creative teams ask us most often before handing over their footage.

AI conference video production is the filming, live streaming and editing of AI events such as conferences, developer summits, AI seminars and product launches. It covers multi-camera keynotes and panels, clean capture of slides, code and live demos, live streams to online audiences, and session recordings and clips after the event.

Yes. Argus HD films and live streams AI conferences, developer summits, AI seminars and product launches across San Francisco and the Bay Area, including keynotes and tracks at the AI Engineer World’s Fair. We work from our South San Francisco studio and also crew events in New York.

Yes. We plan a camera, audio and recording setup for each room, so parallel breakout tracks and workshops are recorded at the same time and can each be streamed to their own destination.

We take a direct feed from each presenter laptop or the venue switcher, so slides, code and demos are recorded at full resolution instead of filmed off a screen, then switched in alongside the speaker in the program and the replay.

We stream to YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, X, Vimeo, Zoom and custom RTMP destinations such as your event platform, and can send to several at once. Remote speakers and live Q&A can be brought into the stream.

Delivery is agreed before the event. Session recordings, a highlight reel and short social clips are scheduled in the quote, so you know exactly when each replay will be ready to publish.

AI event video production is priced by scope: the number of stages and tracks, event days, cameras, streams and the amount of editing. After a 15-minute agenda call we send a fixed, line-item quote, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
