Why Argus HD
Hotel A/V in Las Vegas, Planned Around the Resort
Nearly every major Las Vegas resort has an exclusive in-house A/V partner, and many have their own rules for rigging, power and internet. Outside production teams are usually welcome, but costs such as patch fees, rigging points, dedicated power and wired internet are billed through the resort. Union labor rules can also apply to certain tasks in the building.
We ask for the resort’s exhibitor and vendor guidelines before we quote, agree with the in-house team who supplies what, and show those costs clearly, so the budget holds when the resort invoice arrives.
On show days we run stage A/V, LED walls and projection, lighting and audio, and film and live stream general sessions, breakouts and awards nights. We often support conferences that sit alongside the big trade shows, such as customer events, partner summits and product launches.

Can we use our own A/V company at a Las Vegas resort?
